myworth.ai is operated by Keywork Enterprises Limited, New Zealand. This statement covers the myworth.ai website and its sign-up forms, including the AIC Career Expo beta sign-up and the family visibility check. It doesn't cover the myworth.ai app, which you sign up for separately.

• Beta sign-up: your first name, email address, the choices you make on the form (beta contact and optional updates), the page and campaign link you signed up from, and when you signed up.
• Early-access sign-up on our homepage: your name and email address.
• Family visibility check: your answers only. We don't ask for your name or email, and your answers aren't linked to you.
• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records things like the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location, and actions such as starting or submitting a form or clicking a link.

We use your name and email address to contact you about participating in our beta, send you the beta-testing details and, if you complete the test and feedback, your thank-you voucher.

If you separately choose to receive product updates, we may also use your email address to send you occasional myworth.ai updates.

We use the page, campaign and analytics information to understand how people find us and to improve our website.

Providing your information is voluntary. If you don't provide your name and email address, we won't be able to contact you about beta participation.

Our website, sign-up forms and database run on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Sydney, Australia. When you sign up, AWS also sends an email notification with your details to our team. Website analytics are processed by Google.

We only share personal information with service providers we use to operate our website, communications and beta programme, and only where necessary. We don't sell your personal information.

We keep beta sign-up details until the beta programme has finished and any thank-you vouchers have been sent. If you've chosen to receive updates, we keep your name and email address until you ask us to stop. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or stop receiving updates at any time by contacting us at the address below.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
